Sticky Bra Size Guide: Why It's Not Your Bra Size
The number one reason sticky bras and adhesive inserts fail is the wrong size, and the reason is simple: sticky bra sizes are not the size on your bra tag.
Why your bra size isn't your sticky bra size
A regular bra size combines band (the number) and cup (the letter). A sticky bra has no band, so brands group bra sizes by overall cup volume. That's why a 34B and a 36A can wear the same size, while a 32B and a 34B might not.
How to find yours
- Use the bra size you wear most days and feel good in, like 34B.
- Find it in the brand's size chart, not the letter alone.
- If you're between sizes, pick the smaller one. Too big is what makes edges lift and show.
Our size finder does this in two taps for Pop inserts and the Pop Up sticky bra.

Don't know your bra size?
Measure snugly under your bust (band) and loosely around the fullest part (bust). Each inch of difference is one cup: 1 inch A, 2 inches B, 3 inches C, 4 inches D.
