1. Band: measure snugly around your ribcage, right under the bust. Round to the nearest whole inch.
2. Bust: measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust, tape level all the way around.
3. Subtract: bust minus band. 1 inch is an A cup, 2 is B, 3 is C, 4 is D.

What is the difference between Pop and Pop Up?
Pop is a pair of sticky push-up inserts worn inside your existing bra. Pop Up is an adhesive bra with two cups and a front clasp, worn without another bra.
