How to Choose Inserts for a Bra You Already Own

Choosing a solution

The best starting point for inserts is the bra you actually wear, not an imagined cup shape. Put the bra on without inserts first. Check the cup edge, center and band, then decide whether there is comfortable room for extra lift.

Read the VELUNA size guide

VELUNA product letters do not simply match the letter on your bra label. Use the published size chart with your everyday bra size, and check the Pop column. If your size is not listed, do not assume the nearest letter is a confirmed fit.

Check the cup space

Follow the supplied Pop instructions for placement inside your bra, then check how the bra fits around the inserts. The insert should remain within the cup, and the bra should not become tight or distorted. Change bras if the extra volume makes the fit worse.

Your fitting checklist

  1. Use the Pop size column
  2. Check the bra before inserts
  3. Keep the cup edge comfortable

Use the VELUNA size guide for the relevant product. Follow the instructions supplied with your product.

A common question

Should I buy the same letter as my bra?

Use the VELUNA size guide. The product letter is not a direct replacement for your bra cup letter.
