Fabric & silhouette
A white top can reveal color contrast as well as bra shape. Before adding inserts, test the top with your existing bra in natural light. Extra padding changes shape; it does not change the bra's color or the fabric's opacity.

Check the shoulders, upper cup edge and back band near a window. A lighter or skin-toned color can still be visible if the fabric is thin. Assess the actual garment rather than assuming a color label guarantees concealment.
Add shape only after coverage works
If the bra stays covered and the top has comfortable space, try Pop inside its cups. Compare the outline again. If the top is sheer, use an appropriate lining or layer rather than expecting inserts to make the fabric opaque.

A common question
Do inserts stop a white top being see-through?
