Fabric & silhouette
A structured bodice may already contain cups, seams or padding. Check what the dress is designed to hold before adding anything. Pop is intended for an existing bra; do not assume every built-in dress cup works in exactly the same way.

Look for a lining pocket, fixed padding or a shaped panel. Follow the garment's instructions if it has its own support system. If you wear a separate bra underneath, check that the bodice has room for both that bra and any inserts.
Avoid competing shapes
A rigid bodice and added padding can push against each other. Try the bra alone first, then compare the complete outfit if you add Pop. Keep comfortable closure and coverage; do not force the dress to close around more volume.

A common question
Can Pop replace a dress's built-in support?
No. Pop is a removable insert for an existing bra, not a replacement for the garment's structure.
